All I need is about a 10-foot-square unobstructed space — a conference room with the table moved aside, a quiet lobby corner, or any open area that's out of the main flow works perfectly. Each person rotates through for their session and most are in and out in under 10 minutes.
The result: consistent lighting, consistent backgrounds, and a set of headshots that actually look like they belong on the same website. No more mismatched photos from five different photographers taken over five different years.

How It Works
Setup
I arrive one hour before the first session to build out a full studio — professional lighting, backdrop, and tethered display so each person can see their shots in real time.
Per Person
About 8–10 minutes each. I coach everyone through expression, posture and wardrobe adjustments.
Turnaround
Retouched images delivered within 10 business days.
Space Needed
A 10-foot-square unobstructed space with a power outlet. Conference rooms work great if the table can be moved. Otherwise, any out-of-the-way open area will do.
