I arrive about one hour before the first slot to set up lighting and the backdrop. Team members rotate through in 10-minute windows — I'll send a schedule in advance so everyone knows their time. For a group of 20, expect about 3–4 hours total. I handle everything; your team just shows up at their assigned slot.

Absolutely. Corporate parks and office complexes are some of my most common locations. I typically set up in a conference room or a quiet lobby. All I need is about 10 feet of clear space and a power outlet — I bring everything else.

It's where I specialize. They're closely related but not identical. A corporate headshot is typically shot to match your company's brand guidelines — consistent background, lighting and framing across the team.
