Team Headshot Photographer in Concord, MA

Concord companies — I bring my complete professional studio to your office so your team never has to leave the building. A 10-foot-square space is all I need — a conference room, a corner of the lobby, or any quiet open area. Each team member rotates through their session and is done in under 10 minutes.
The result is a complete set of headshots with matching lighting, backgrounds and professional polish. No more team pages that look like a patchwork of phone selfies, vacation photos and three different studio styles. Everyone looks like they belong to the same organization — because the photos were all taken the same day, with the same setup.
This is on-site corporate headshot photography built for Concord businesses — I come to you, set up a full studio in your office, and deliver business headshots that match across your entire team. No one has to leave the building or coordinate separate trips to a studio. For companies that need consistent corporate headshots in Concord, on your schedule and in your space, on-location is the most efficient way to get there.
Concord's professional community includes financial advisory firms, legal practices, life sciences companies and independent consultants who rely on a polished image to win and retain clients. Whether your team is 5 or 50, the process is efficient, relaxed and tailored to your brand.
How It Works
Setup
I arrive one hour before the first session to build out a full studio — professional lighting, backdrop, and tethered display so each person can see their shots in real time.
Per Person
About 8–10 minutes each. I coach everyone through expression, posture and wardrobe adjustments.
Turnaround
Retouched images delivered within 10 business days.
Space Needed
A 10-foot-square unobstructed space with a power outlet. Conference rooms work great if the table can be moved. Otherwise, any out-of-the-way open area will do.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does the session day look like for our Concord team?
I arrive about 30 minutes before the first slot to set up lighting and the backdrop. Team members rotate through in 10-minute windows — I'll send a schedule in advance so everyone knows their time. For a group of 20, plan about 3–4 hours total including setup and a buffer. I handle everything; your team just shows up at their assigned slot.
Can individual employees come to your studio instead of doing the full team session?
Absolutely — that's what my New Hire Program is for. New hires or anyone who misses the group session can book an individual slot at my Sherborn studio, which is about 25 minutes from Concord center via Route 2. They get the same professional result, and you get website-ready images within days.
Will everyone's headshot look unified on our website?
That's the whole point of an on-location session. Same lighting setup, same backdrop, same camera settings for every person — so when the photos go on your site or LinkedIn they look like a cohesive team, not a collection from different studios and different years.
What if some team members are camera-shy?
Most people are — and that's completely normal. I coach every person through posture, expression and micro-adjustments so they can relax and look their best. By the time we're a few frames in, even the most reluctant team members are surprised at how comfortable they feel. For tips, read How to Look Confident in Your Headshot.
What about AI headshots for the team — are they worth it?
AI-generated headshots might seem like a quick fix for a large team, but they come with real drawbacks — inconsistent quality, uncanny expressions, and the risk that clients or colleagues recognize them as AI. A professional on-location session gives you consistent, authentic results across your entire team. For a detailed breakdown, read AI Headshots vs Real Headshots.
What common mistakes should our team avoid?
The biggest ones are inconsistent wardrobe (one person in a T-shirt next to someone in a blazer), not sending the wardrobe guide in advance, and scheduling too little time. A little preparation goes a long way. For the full list, see Biggest Headshot Mistakes Professionals Make.
We're a Concord financial advisory firm — is that a typical client for you?
Very much so. Financial advisors, attorneys and consultants make up a large part of my client base — these are professionals where a polished, trustworthy image directly affects client relationships. I'm familiar with the brand standards that professional services firms usually require: consistent background, conservative wardrobe, a look that conveys competence without being stiff.
Our office space is limited — will your setup fit?
I need roughly 10 feet of clear depth and a power outlet — that's it. I've photographed teams in converted conference rooms, building lobbies and quiet hallways. I bring all the equipment: professional strobes, a portable backdrop and stands. If you can move a table, we're set.
How does pricing work for a Concord team?
It's a flat location fee plus a per-person rate. The more people you include, the lower the effective cost per head. Send me your approximate team size and I'll put together a custom quote — most go out the same day.
What's the difference between a corporate headshot and a LinkedIn headshot?
They're closely related but not identical. A corporate headshot is typically shot to match your company's brand guidelines — consistent background, lighting and framing across the team. A LinkedIn headshot is more personal and can reflect individual style. I shoot both and many teams use the same session for both. For a deeper comparison, see Corporate Headshots vs LinkedIn Headshots.
How often should our team update headshots?
I recommend every 2–3 years for the full team, plus individual sessions as new hires come on board. If your website has a mix of professional headshots and phone selfies, it's time. Read more in How Often Should You Update Your Professional Headshot.
