I am Damon Bates. In addition to photography, I have spent 35 years as a sales and marketing executive and leadership consultant, and I am a certified Bates ExPI coach. I have led the kinds of teams that book these days, so I understand both sides: the logistics of getting a busy group through quickly, and the quiet discomfort of the person who would rather do anything than have their picture taken. My job is to make it fast, fun, relaxed, and consistent, and to authentically capture each person in the act of being their best self.

You step in, I direct you through posture and expression, we review the frames together on a live screen, and you are done in a few minutes. How an On-Location Headshot Day Works

We size the day to your team, set a per-person schedule so no one waits around, and send a short prep guide everyone can follow. You get a simple plan before we arrive, so you know exactly how the day will flow.
2. We set up a full studio at your office
We bring the lights, the backdrop, and a live preview screen, and we set up in a conference room or any open corner. Nothing about your space needs to be camera-ready. We handle the setup and the breakdown.
3. Each person is coached, not just photographed
Every person gets the same short, coached turn. I direct posture and expression as we go, so no one is left guessing what to do with their hands or their face. We review the frames together on screen and choose the keeper before the next person steps in.

Yes. We carry the coverage your facilities or office manager will typically ask for, and we can provide a certificate of insurance on request.
